Job summary

Prospect Airport Services in Denver is seeking team members to coordinate daily shift assignments and manage workflow to support safe, on-time flight operations. You will oversee timekeeping, device distribution, and keep accurate operational records.

Responsibilities include assigning agents, handling passenger-tracking devices, conducting inventories, troubleshooting equipment, and assisting passengers with baggage while adhering to safety standards and reporting incidents promptly.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials as per airport or state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assign Agents to flights and designated airport areas to ensure smooth operations and on-time performance.
• Manage and distribute Avtech devices for passenger tracking and communication.
• Conduct daily device inventories, document discrepancies, and report missing or damaged units.
• Troubleshoot devices that are not functioning and report out-of-service units.
• Assist passengers with baggage pickup, loading/unloading, and resolve issues with delayed/damaged items.
• Monitor time clocks for accuracy and expedite any system or access issues.
• Provide right of access to the Control Room.
• Complete work safely following company standards and policies.
• Report safety and security incidents and hazards per policy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
