Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests at the desk.
• Assist with luggage check-in and verify flight itineraries.
• Input guest information for new enrollees.
• Process bag check-in and charge for bags as required.
• Weigh bags to verify weight and apply overweight charges.
• Tag luggage with destination tags.
• Provide boarding passes, luggage claim tickets, and receipts.
• Secure cages and verify bingo sheets before sealing.
• Transport secured cages to ASIG truck and return empties.
• Answer questions and maintain a positive professional demeanor.
• Manage payments from guests and maintain desk stock.
