Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a part-time Passenger Service Agent in Phoenix, AZ. You will assist travelers at check-in, ticketing, baggage, and boarding, delivering friendly, efficient service while following safety procedures.

Responsibilities include handling reservations, issuing tickets, processing refunds, answering inquiries, and coordinating with flight crews and ground support to ensure smooth passenger movement and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma, GED, or work experience equivalent.
• If work location is in the United States, must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by law.
• SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service per AGI and airline standards at ticket counters and gates.
• Handle reservations, tickets, and check baggage with accuracy and efficiency.
• Process refunds and collect excess baggage charges as needed.
• Answer inquiries regarding flight schedules, fares, and other questions for passengers.
