Job summary

Trego-Dugan Aviation Inc. is seeking an HR Coordinator / Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full recruiting lifecycle across multi-site locations and support broader HR functions. You will collaborate with hiring managers, drive candidate pipelines, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from first contact to day one.

Travel up to 25% for recruiting events, job fairs, and multi-site HR support. The role combines compliance, onboarding, and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced aviation

Qualifications

• 3–5 years progressive recruiting experience.
• 2+ years full-cycle recruitment management.
• Proficient ATS and HRIS usage.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and RI employment law.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 25%.
• Eligibility to work in the United States and SIDA badge requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own full recruiting lifecycle for assigned locations.
• Partner with managers to understand workforce needs and sourcing.
• Build candidate pipelines through colleges, job boards, and networks.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate panels.
• Promote employer brand at career fairs and events.
• Maintain compliance and accurate HR records.
