You will partner with hiring managers, represent the company at career fairs, and ensure each new hire has a seamless experience from first contact through day one.

Qualifications

3–5 years progressive recruiting experience, incl 2+ years full-cycle recruiting.
Proficiency with ATS platforms and HRIS systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Solid knowledge of HR best practices, RI employment law, and compliance requirements.
Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
Willingness to travel up to 25% including overnight stays.
Ability to obtain a SIDA badge.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Own the full recruitment lifecycle across assigned locations.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and sourcing strategies.
Build diverse candidate pipelines via job boards, colleges, and networks.
Screen applications, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews.
Champion employer branding through campus visits, career fairs, and partnerships.
Administer ATS workflows and ensure data integrity and timely candidate disposition.
