Community Interactions Inc. is seeking a Staffing Specialist to join our HR team and drive recruitment for direct support professionals and managerial roles across multiple locations.

You will manage the full recruitment cycle, screen candidates, and build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of talent acquisition experience, with travel to agency locations.

• Bachelor’s degree is required and 2–5 years of talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Ability to network and source candidates across multiple channels, including events and universities.

Mansioni

• Lead the recruiting process for Direct Support Professionals, management and professional roles.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and serve as the main point of contact throughout the cycle.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to develop region-based recruitment strategies.
• Track recruiting results and report on performance to identify improvements.
• Travel to agency locations as needed to support ongoing staffing activities.
