CLEAR is hiring a Member Experience/Service Ambassador in San Jose to deliver exceptional service to members and travelers. You will greet passengers, verify membership, guide them through the CLEAR process, and resolve issues with empathy and urgency.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team with location-based bonuses when service and operational goals are met. This on-site role requires strong communication and a calm, helpful demeanor in a fast-paced airport setting.

Qualifikationen

• 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years of client facing customer service experience (retail, hospitality, travel, etc).
• Open availability for shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• Successful completion of CLEAR and background checks, including drug test.

Aufgaben

• Delight Members & Travelers: Provide warm, proactive assistance in the CLEAR lanes.
• Verify & Escort: Welcome and verify CLEAR Members, guiding them through their journey.
• Resolve Issues: Triage and resolve member concerns, escalate when needed.
• Keep Operations Flowing: Ensure lane readiness, signage, equipment, and cleanliness.
• Educate & Inform: Share information about CLEAR benefits and services.
• Operate Safely & Compliantly: Follow security procedures and verify documents.
