Job summary

Oshkosh AeroTech, a leading provider of aviation ground support products, is seeking a Supervisor to lead hourly teams across 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts at our Phoenix site.

You will schedule work, manage safety and productivity plans, provide on-the-job training, and partner with the Site Manager to ensure operational excellence. A high school diploma and supervisory experience are required, with CMMS and Excel proficiency valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years maintenance experience preferred; supervisory experience required.
• Active driver license required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hourly teams, schedule work orders, safety and productivity plans.
• Provide on-the-job training and daily support to team members.
• Strive to improve employee, customer and operational satisfaction.
• Develop processes and documentation to support operations.
• Provide leadership in support of the Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager.
• Step into leadership role when the Site Manager is not on site and ensure safety.
