Job summary

Oshkosh AeroTech, a division of Oshkosh Corporation, seeks a Site Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance and operations at the assigned site, ensuring safe, efficient service delivery and direct leadership to technicians.

You will hire, coach, discipline, and manage performance while coordinating CMMS data, scheduling, and customer/vendor communications in a fast-paced airport environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Proficient leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance and airport badge.
• Availability for on-call work including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Leads scheduling, work orders, safety, productivity, and material coordination.
• Coordinate customer service requirements with onsite maintenance personnel.
• Implement work order schedules to maximize technician utilization.
• Oversee scheduling of technicians and CMMS data entry.
• Prepare and present operational reports and recommendations.
• Support Site Manager in monitoring and improving performance.
• Develop and maintain processes to enhance efficiency and consistency.
