Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in GSE maintenance with leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the GSE maintenance team.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to technicians.
Ensure all GSE is maintained and repaired per industry standards and safety regulations.
Plan and schedule routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
Diagnose complex malfunctions and supervise troubleshooting procedures.
Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching.
Manage inventory of parts and supplies and maintain maintenance records.
Lead safety meetings and promote a culture of safety.
