Job summary

Qualifications

• Six (6) years of work experience in building maintenance repair.
• Two (2) years as a fully competent worker (journeyworker level) or an equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in the repair and maintenance of buildings.
• Plan, lay out, schedule and assign work from work orders.
• Instruct subordinates and demonstrate proper work methods; set pace and quality of work.
