Job summary

Alliance Ground International seeks a proactive Lounge Agent to provide exceptional guest service in our lounge facility. You will greet passengers by name, assist with amenities, and answer questions about airport operations while maintaining a pristine lounge environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with food attendants, replenishing supplies, and ensuring eligibility verification for lounge access.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of face-to-face customer service experience in a hotel, restaurant, lounge or similar setting.
• Ability to communicate with customers and fellow employees and serve as a team player under all conditions.
• Must be able to obtain airport security clearance and meet regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional service to guests, addressing them by name when possible.
• Offer amenities and assist with questions related to airport/airline operations.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance at all times and coordinate with food attendants for quality and presentation.
• Replenish items as needed and ensure lounge is tidy and well-prepared for shifts.
• Verify passenger eligibility to access the lounge and welcome entitled guests.
• Adhere to AGI safety rules and maintain high service level throughout shifts.
