Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an Airport Lounge Wait Staff to deliver efficient, attentive service at the airport lounge. You will handle menu recommendations, order accuracy, and guest satisfaction while upholding professional standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 1 year related experience.
• If applicable, must be at or over the minimum age to serve alcohol based on local city and state regulations
• May require a valid TIPS, TEAM, or equivalent alcohol-service certification and compliance with state training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, present menus, and introduce specials or changes.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on meals, beverages, and wine; answer questions about menu items and allergens.
• Accurately take and relay orders to the kitchen and confirm with guests.
• Check items for quality, ensure attractive and consistent presentation.
• Monitor guest needs; respond and address concerns professionally.
• Perform duties requiring significant walking and physical mobility.
