The Host greets guests by name, verifies credentials, processes sales, and guides guests into the lounge, ensuring a high level of hospitality. Weekend availability is required for this role.

The position emphasizes guest-first service, friendly demeanor, and the ability to provide information about facilities and services. Training includes safety procedures and reporting as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist throughout their stay.
• Welcome guests by name and guide them through services.
• Take ownership of the guest experience from start to finish.
• Follow Guest First philosophy to meet guest needs.
• Listen to guest needs and offer confident recommendations.
• Make quick, effective decisions to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Be knowledgeable about lounge offerings and area.
• Communicate with guests by phone and in person.
• Provide information on facilities, services and booking.
• Possess working knowledge of drinks/food offerings.
• Complete daily sales, passenger counts and reports.
• Follow safety procedures and report incidents to supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
