Job summary

JSX Airport Service Concierge greets customers the moment they arrive, guiding them through check-in, security, and boarding while keeping the lounge inviting, clean, and well stocked. You’ll rotate through roles to keep each day dynamic and rewarding.

This position rewards punctuality, professionalism, and a service mindset, with opportunities to grow across airport operations and guest experience while delivering a Joyful, Simple eXperience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Able to lift 75+ pounds.
• Able to perform intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching, and prolonged periods of standing.
• Available to work flexible shifts including early mornings, late nights, holidays, and weekends.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Aviation experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check-in Agent duties: greet customers, assist with check-in, verify IDs, print boarding passes, screen luggage.
• Boarding Agent duties: announce flights, verify identification, provide flight updates.
• Security Screening Support: operate Evolv system, inspect baggage for safety.
• Ground Security Coordinator: communicate with ground team, deplane announcements, restock amenities.
• Keep lounge pristine and stocked between flights; assist with valet if scheduled.
