Capital One seeks a Principal Project Manager, Design Manager (Airport Lounge) to lead the design management of lounge projects from feasibility through opening. You will coordinate with Business Development, Guest Experience and Project Delivery to deliver inventive hospitality concepts and branded environments on schedule and within budget.

The role reports to the Airport Lounge Design & Construction Program Lead and requires outstanding communication and collaboration across multiple levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design with professional qualification.
• At least 5 years in interior design or architecture within hospitality.
• 3+ years with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/InDesign), SketchUp, Illustrator.
• 3+ years in vendor/relationship management and sourcing materials.

Responsabilités

• Design and management of Airport Lounge opportunities from concept to opening.
• Lead design phase, manage partners, and oversee RFP qualifications.
• Ensure timelines and budgets are met; manage cross‑functional teams.
• Communicate clearly with leadership and stakeholders; drive project delivery.
