Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Principal Project Manager, Design Manager for Airport Lounge projects. You will lead design management, coordinating with Business Development, Guest Experience, and Project Delivery teams to align with customer experience strategy and timelines.

You will drive feasibility, design development, CD creation, permitting, construction administration and opening activities, while managing budgets and schedules in a hybrid workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 5+ years of interior design or architecture within the hospitality industry.
• 5+ years of experience with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, Illustrator.
• 3+ years of vendor management or relationship management.
• 3+ years of sourcing architectural materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design management of Airport Lounge projects from feasibility to opening.
• Collaborate with outside design and technical firms and manage RFP processes.
• Manage design pipeline and ensure timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across business development, guest experience, and project delivery.
• Maintain project documentation and progress reporting.
