Capital One seeks a Principal Project Manager – Design Manager (Airport Lounge) to lead design management of lounge projects, overseeing concept, documentation and delivery across multiple airports. You will partner with Business Development, Guest Experience and Project Delivery to align design with customer experience strategy and timelines.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 5+ years in interior design or architecture within hospitality.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, Illustrator.
• 3+ years in vendor/relationship management.
• 3+ years sourcing architectural materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Design and manage Airport Lounge business development opportunities including RFP process.
• Lead design pipeline from feasibility to opening, ensuring timelines and budgets.
• Drive cross-functional projects and manage risks and changes.
• Demonstrate strong communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Document progress and report status to stakeholders.
• Partner with customers to drive project delivery and outcomes.
• Forge relationships to ensure delivery of commitments.
