You will collaborate with Business Development, Guest Experience and Project Delivery teams, manage budgets and timelines, and travel up to 40% as part of a hybrid role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design required.
• 5+ years interior design/architecture in hospitality sector.
• 5+ years with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, Illustrator.
• 3+ years vendor management or relationship management.
• 3+ years sourcing materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage lounge projects from feasibility to opening.
• Lead design phase with AOR partners and consultants to meet timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Guest Experience and Project Delivery teams.
• Ensure design aligns with brand standards and hospitality concepts.
• Communicate progress, risks and decisions to stakeholders.
• Travel 30-40% and operate in a hybrid work model.
