Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year experience as a cook in a full-service restaurant, and ServeSafe certification is a plus. This role involves early morning shifts within an airport environment and offers comprehensive benefits.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
• Prep food items based on specific recipes
• Ensure all food is cooked and presented to standards
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist in preparation and portioning of ingredients
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages
