On the Go is seeking a Cook for our PHL Airport locations. You will prepare menu items across stations, ensure quality and cleanliness, and thrive in a fast-paced, guest‑focused environment.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of culinary experience in high-volume settings, strong English communication, and be able to obtain SERV Safe certification within 30 days. Join a team that values care, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items for respective stations with ingredients prepped for service.
• Follow OTG specifications and maintain quality of all food items.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment per health regulations.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely (knives, stoves, ovens, broilers, slicers, steamers, kettles).
• Ensure professional appearance reflecting OTG standards.
• Build positive relationships with team and assist training new staff.
• Monitor inventory and communicate shortages to ensure service continuity.
• Respond to guest inquiries and feedback to maintain high guest satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing learning to enhance culinary skills and team performance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
