Job summary

Fountain is seeking a Member Experience/Service Ambassador for CLEAR programs in Morrisville, NC. You will greet travelers, verify membership and IDs, guide them through the CLEAR process, and resolve issues with empathy and urgency to deliver smooth travel moments.

Ideal candidates show a service mindset, clear communication, and teamwork. 1+ year of customer service experience and flexible shifts are preferred; background checks are required for employment.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of client-facing customer service experience
• Open availability for shifts, including weekends/holidays
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours per day
• Successful CLEAR, airport and government screening and background checks

Responsibilities

• Delight members and travelers with warm, proactive assistance in CLEAR lines
• Verify CLEAR Members and escort them through the process
• Triage and resolve member concerns and escalate when needed
• Maintain smooth operations: signage, cleanliness, and clear communication
• Educate travelers about CLEAR benefits and services
• Follow safety protocols and verify documents accurately
