Job summary

Fountain is seeking a Member Experience/Service Ambassador for CLEAR in Morrisville, NC. You will greet travelers, verify membership and IDs, guide them through the CLEAR process, and resolve issues with empathy and urgency.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older; high school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of client facing customer service experience.
• Open availability for shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• Successful completion of CLEAR and background checks per location.

Responsibilities

• Delight Members & Travelers: provide warm, proactive assistance in CLEAR lanes.
• Verify & Escort: warmly welcome and verify CLEAR Members through their journey.
• Resolve Issues: triage and resolve member concerns with urgency and empathy.
• Keep Operations Flowing: ensure lane readiness and smooth member flow.
• Educate & Inform: share information about CLEAR benefits and services.
• Operate Safely & Compliantly: follow security protocols and verify documents.
