Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC on Hilton Head Island seeks a supervisor to lead a team of agents and deliver frontline customer service for arrivals, check-in, boarding, baggage, and gate information.

You will assist passengers including those with special needs, manage ticketing and check-in using computerized systems, guide travelers through customs, and ensure safety and policy compliance; rotating shifts apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain airport/state credentials.
• Customer service experience in aviation preferred.
• Capable of lifting up to 70 lbs and similar physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of agents delivering passenger service for arrivals, ticketing, check-in and boarding.
• Assist passengers with friendly welcome and support for those needing special assistance.
• Oversee ticketing and check-in using computerized systems and handle related inquiries.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents with wheelchairs, strollers and gate-checked bags.
• Ensure safety, policy compliance and reporting of incidents as required.
