Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking an Airport Customer Service Supervisor for Hilton Head Island. This full-time, non-exempt role leads a team of agents delivering arrivals, ticketing, check-in, boarding, baggage and passenger support with a strong focus on safety and compliant service.

The position offers a base pay rate of $19.50 per hour, AM/PM shifts, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and flight privileges after 30 days for employees and eligible family

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain airport/state credentials.
• One year of relevant aviation/ground handling experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of agents in customer service duties.
• Assist passengers with arrival and check-in, including support for passengers with special needs.
• Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in using a computerized system.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchair and baggage support for loading and arrival.
• Monitor safety and enforce policies per regulations and company standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned while maintaining safety standards.
