Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in aviation or ground handling preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of agents in passenger service and support for arrivals, ticketing, check-in and boarding.
• Assist passengers with friendly service and special needs.
• Operate ticketing and check-in systems, handle reservations and related inquiries.
• Direct passengers through customs, immigration and security processes; coordinate with ramp staff.
