Job summary

CLEAR is hiring a Member Experience/Service Ambassador in Arlington, VA. You will greet travelers, verify CLEAR membership, and guide them through the process with empathy and urgency.

Responsibilities include resolving issues, keeping lanes ready, educating travelers about benefits, and ensuring safety and compliance in a fast-paced airport setting. 18+ and HS diploma required; weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1+ years of client-facing customer service experience.
• Open availability for shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours and pass airport screening.

Responsibilities

• Delight Members & Travelers: greet, guide, answer questions, and create positive experiences in CLEAR lanes.
• Verify & Escort: welcome and verify CLEAR Members, guiding them smoothly through the airport.
• Resolve Issues: triage concerns and coordinate with support teams to resolve.
• Keep Operations Flowing: ensure signage, equipment cleanliness, and smooth member flow.
• Educate & Inform: share CLEAR benefits and services with travelers.
• Operate Safely & Compliantly: follow security procedures and verify documents.
