Maximus Global Services is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead ground operations at Dulles International Airport. You will direct passenger services, wheelchair services, baggage handling, and security, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards while managing staff and resources.

Responsibilities include budgeting, KPI tracking, emergency planning, and strong engagement with airlines and airport authorities to maintain high service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5–7 years in customer service and 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of aviation safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Direct and coordinate all ground operations at the airport.
• Lead passenger services, wheelchair services, janitorial, security, sky cap and baggage handling.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards.
• Manage staff, shifts, and allocate resources efficiently.
• Develop budgets, financial plans, and cost optimization strategies.
• Liaise with airlines, airport authorities, and service providers.
• Oversee emergency response plans and incident management.
• Monitor KPIs and generate reports to drive improvements.
• Enforce policies and conduct performance evaluations as needed.
• Maintain relationships with employees and clients.
