Maximus Global Services in Sterling, VA, is seeking a Full-time Supervisor to oversee daily operations at airport locations. You will lead Leads/Coordinators, manage staff, ensure security procedures, and maintain daily reports.

The role requires 2-3 years in customer service in aviation or similar settings, strong communication and team leadership, and the ability to coordinate with airlines and management. Must pass background checks and drug testing.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years' experience in customer service at airport or similar entities required.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and prepare the operation at least one day prior.
• Deliver plans and assignments to the team prior to start of operations.
• Prepare daily operation report by end of day.
• Ensure all employees follow security procedures (TSA, CBP, others).
• Update Leads/Coordinators on irregularities or changes.
• Weekly visits to airlines management to ensure service standards.
• Address issues with personnel, operations and clients.
• Weekly control and inventory reports of equipment including wheelchairs.
• Ensure personnel training is current.
• Deliver end-of-shift recap to management.
