Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years’ experience in customer service at airport or similar entities.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Plans and prepares the operation at least one day prior. Include wheelchair count, flight status, and personnel needed.
• Deliver plans and assignments to the team prior to start of operations.
• Prepares and/or ensures daily operation report is complete by day’s end.
• Ensure all employees follow security procedures for each entity (e.g., TSA, CBP).
• Update Leads/Coordinators on irregularities/changes to operations.
• Weekly visits to airlines management to ensure service is delivered up to standards.
