Job summary

Piedmont Airlines is looking for a Customer Service Agent in our Ground Handling Department. You’ll assist passengers boarding and disembarking, operate the Jetway, and guide aircraft while ensuring safety and efficiency.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 70 pounds, work outdoors in all weather, and complete our training course. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour with weekend and night shifts included.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights.
• Monitor computerized passenger boarding.
• Assist customers with wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors.
• Change flight itineraries and seat assignments as needed.
• Operate the Jetway and guide parking of aircraft.
• Load/unload baggage and cargo; drive service vehicles.
• Perform cabin maintenance tasks; work as a team.
