Piedmont Airlines, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Gate Agent in the Ground Handling Department at White Plains. You will assist passengers with boarding, monitor computerized boarding, and help customers with special needs, including wheelchair and unaccompanied minor support.

Other duties include changing flight itineraries, seat assignments, and operating the Jetway. The role requires completing the Gate Agent training, lifting up to 70 pounds, and availability for all shifts, including

Responsabilités

• Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights.
• Monitor computerized passenger boarding.
• Assist customers with special needs, including arranging for wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors.
• Change customer flight itinerary and seat assignments as required.
• Operate the Jetway.
