Job summary

SIXT seeks a Fleet Planner at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport to manage day-to-day planning and operations, ensuring efficient and safe fleet performance.

You will monitor shift activities, vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and future vehicle needs, and dispatch based on hourly, daily, and weekly demand forecasts. This role requires a high school diploma and at least one year of admin experience, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1 year admin/office experience.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Highly organized; manage fleet inventory, repair schedules, work orders, documentation.
• 18+ years old; valid driver's license with clean record; eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Able to work 40 hours/week; day/evening shifts; willing to travel 5–10%.
• Willing to wear a company uniform; speaking other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day planning and operations of the fleet for efficiency and safety.
• Monitor shift activities, vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and future needs.
• Plan and dispatch vehicles based on hourly, daily, and weekly forecasts.
• Coordinate vehicle transfers between branches and maintain service levels.
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners; manage inventory.
