Job summary

Areas USA is seeking a Unit General Manager I for the F&B Operations division. You will lead airport dining operations, ensure premium service, manage schedules and inventory, and maintain brand standards across shifts.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent guest service, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. As a key leader, you will develop staff, monitor costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years restaurant management experience.
• Basic communication skills and ability to organize shift-level tasks.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Understanding of basic business patterns, labor costs, and food costs.
• Ability to work with a diverse workforce and adhere to brand standards.
• Familiarity with inventory management basics and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of airport operations in the F&B concept.
• Lead and mentor the management team to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations where applicable.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly resolve issues per policy.
• Forecast labor needs and schedule staff accordingly.
• Complete shift-related paperwork and report maintenance and supply levels.
