HMSHost is seeking a F&B Multi-Unit Manager I to oversee a zone of restaurants at an airport location. You will ensure opening readiness, lead managers on site, and drive operations to meet financial goals. The role demands strong leadership, staffing expertise, and adherence to brand standards.

You will mentor GMs, collaborate with senior leadership, and champion employee engagement while managing procurement, safety, and vendor relations across the zone.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience within a zone
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and drive results
• Strong understanding of HMSHost policies and operational standards

Responsibilities

• Open and close zones by ensuring restaurants are prepared for next day operations
• Staffing and deploying managers to ensure coverage during all hours
• Monitor financial and operational data to meet zone goals
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance across all restaurants
• Provide coaching and development for restaurant staff and managers
