Avolta is seeking a highly experienced F&B Multi Unit Manager I to oversee multiple restaurants in a Miami airport zone. You will ensure open, staffed and compliant venues, hold GMs accountable, and drive revenue while upholding brand standards and safety policies.

You will lead staffing, coaching, and operational decisions across the zone, coordinating with senior leadership to meet financial and guest satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-unit restaurant leadership experience.
• Ability to schedule managers across a zone and ensure on-site leadership.
• Accountability for opening/closing procedures and staff readiness.
• Experience in hiring, promotion, and terminations within a zone.
• Knowledge of brand standards and labor/brand relations.

Responsibilities
