Qualifications

• Interviews job candidates, makes hiring decisions for associates within the unit.

Responsibilities

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies/procedures.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of associates within a defined group of restaurants or POS points.
• Reads financial and operational data to monitor progress toward unit goals.
• Ensures compliance with all company beverage policies and AB procedures.
• Assigns work tasks, prepares schedules and ensures shifts are covered.
• Monitors wellness and safety procedures and reports concerns to the GM.
