Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years restaurant management experience.
• Strong customer service skills and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food usage and verify reconciliation for deliveries.
• Address customer concerns regarding food quality or service per standards.
• Maintain sanitation standards and complete required documentation.
• Supervise staff to ensure health, safety, and liquor regulations where applicable.
• Complete shift-related paperwork and reports promptly.
• Monitor supply levels for tableware, cooking utensils, and cleaning items.
• Report maintenance and repair needs for equipment and facilities.
• Execute opening and closing procedures and maintain security.
• Provide feedback on team member performance.
• Make staffing and termination recommendations per guidelines.
• Monitor dress code adherence.
• Assist with on-the-job training for new team members.
• Ensure conformity with brand and company specifications for food preparation.
