Areas USA, Inc. seeks a Unit General Manager I F&B to lead airport food and beverage operations, drive financial results, uphold brand standards, and foster a best-in-class guest experience across all shifts and departments.

You will mentor the operations team, manage scheduling and labor costs, ensure sanitation and safety, maintain liquor compliance where required, monitor inventory, train staff, and build strong client relationships while delivering premium service.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to plan shifts and manage labor costs.
• Experience with inventory management and vendor relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dining operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Manage scheduling, labor costs, and food costs.
• Enforce sanitation, safety, and liquor regulations where applicable.
• Coach and develop staff, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
