Be Right Burger - Dulles International Airport is seeking a Unit Manager to lead daily operations, control costs, and ensure superior guest service in a fast-paced airport setting. The role requires managing staff, scheduling, and maintaining brand standards in a regulated environment.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality/business or 3–5 years in restaurant management, ability to analyze P&L, and certification such as ServSafe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or related field, or 3–5 years of restaurant management experience.
• Ability to analyze P&L and sales reports and act accordingly.
• Ability to train and motivate associates; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day unit operations including cost, revenue, labor, and inventory control.
• Supervise Assistant Managers and staff, ensure proper staffing and operations.
• Review P&L statements to meet budget targets and provide analysis to management.
• Maintain quality control records and ensure compliance with safety/hygiene policies.
• Recruit, select, promote and develop associates; conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements.
