Areas USA, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Richmond, VA to support the Unit General Manager in overseeing operations, reinforcing a strong culture, and maintaining client relationships.

You will train and supervise staff, ensure service quality, and help meet financial and guest service objectives while adhering to Food and Beverage standards. The role requires 1–2 years of restaurant management experience, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to a diverse workforce.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma; some college preferred.
• 1-2 years restaurant management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must adapt to a diverse workforce.
• Basic understanding of P&L goals for the location.

Responsibilities

• Support the Unit General Manager in overseeing operations to deliver exceptional results.
• Reinforce a great culture and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure proper training and supervision of all personnel during shifts.
• Monitor health and safety standards and liquor regulations where applicable.
• Assist in ordering supplies and processing invoices through proper systems.
• Maintain opening and closing procedures and security standards.
