HMSHost is seeking a seasoned F&B Multi-Unit Manager I in Miami to oversee multiple restaurants within a terminal/zone, ensuring top operations, staffing, and safety standards. You will drive leadership excellence, monitor performance, and collaborate with senior operations leaders to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

The role emphasizes scheduling, coaching, compliance with brand standards, and fostering an inclusive, results-oriented environment across the zone.

Qualifications

Experience managing multiple restaurants within a zone.
Minimum 3–5 years in multi-unit management; 8–10 years overall restaurant experience.
Graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program may substitute time-based requirements.

Responsibilities

Open/close: ensure zone restaurants are prepared for next day opening and checklists are completed.
Staffing/Deployment: schedule managers to ensure on-site leadership during all hours; coach staff to meet goals.
Training: onboard/offboard staff; ensure compliance with badging, orientation, and training processes.
Brand standards: maintain knowledge of brand standards, CBAs, and landlord agreements; maximize brand relations.
Safety: maintain health/safety standards and train on wellness protocols.
