Job summary

Enterprise Mobility, operating the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo brands, is hiring an Exit Booth Agent at Dallas Love Field Airport. You will greet customers, process rental documents, verify vehicle information, and assist Emerald Aisle members with services and directions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future.
• Availability to work weekends, nights and holidays as part of an operational shift bid.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all rental documents accurately and completely.
• Verify car information and VIN number for security and car control.
• Offer Emerald Aisle refueling option to members.
• Maintain the Exit Booth and surrounding areas for a neat, orderly image.
• Ensure Exit Booth is stocked with appropriate supplies for customers.
• Provide undivided attention and greet customers at the exit booth.
• Assist customers with directions and local information; resolve issues as needed.
• Perform other service-related duties to meet customer service levels.
