National Car Rental, part of Enterprise Mobility, is hiring an Exit Booth Agent at the Atlanta Airport Rental Car Center. You will greet customers, handle rental documents, and assist Emerald Aisle members with the rental process, while maintaining a fast, friendly, and accurate service flow.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of client-facing retail customer service experience in the last 5 years.
• 12 months of consecutive work experience.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations/accidents in the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol convictions on driving record in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all rental documents accurately and completely.
• Verify car information and VIN for security and control.
• Offer Emerald Aisle refueling option to members.
• Maintain a neat, orderly exit booth and surrounding area.
• Ensure Exit Booth is stocked with necessary supplies.
• Greet and assist customers with undivided attention at the exit booth.
• Provide directions and local information; resolve issues as needed.
• Perform other customer service duties to meet service levels.
