Enterprise Mobility operates the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo brands and is hiring for an Exit Booth Agent at Cincinnati Airport (CVG) in Hebron, KY. The role focuses on greeting customers, processing rental documents, and offering Emerald Aisle options to provide quick, friendly service.

Pay starts at $15 per hour with monthly bonus opportunities. Benefits include time off, health and life insurance, 401k with matching, and employee rental discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or administrative experience.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within past 5 years (DUI/DWI).

Responsibilities

• Prepare all rental documents accurately and completely.
• Verify car information and VIN for security and car control.
• Provide Emerald Aisle refueling option to members.
• Maintain appearance of the Exit Booth and surrounding areas.
• Ensure Exit Booth is stocked with appropriate supplies.
• Provide all customers with undivided attention at the exit booth.
• Greet customers and thank them at the end of transactions.
• Assist customers with directions and local information; resolve issues.
• Perform miscellaneous duties and pursue performance improvements.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
