The role focuses on friendly, efficient service throughout the rental process, assisting Emerald Aisle members, and ensuring a smooth exit experience. The pay averages $20.40 per hour (17.50/hour plus incentives).

Schedule includes Fri-Sat? Actually Sat-Wed 12:00am-8:00am as per posting. Responsibilities include preparing rental documents, verifying VIN, stocking the booth,

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or aptitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask and stay organized

Responsibilities

• Prepare all rental documents accurately and completely
• Verify car information and VIN for security and control
• Offer Emerald Aisle refueling option to members
• Maintain Exit Booth appearance and supplies
• Assist customers with directions and local information
• Greet customers and thank them at transaction end
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues as needed
• Adhere to attendance and punctuality requirements
• Perform additional duties as assigned
