Job summary

Enterprise Holdings, operating the National/Alamo brands, is hiring an Exit Booth Agent at the Albuquerque Airport (ABQ). You will greet customers, process rental documents, verify information, and offer Emerald Aisle options while maintaining a friendly, efficient booth.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with a potential monthly bonus based on performance. Benefits include PTO, health and life insurance, retirement plan with 401(k) matching, and industry discounts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service, retail, or administrative experience.
• Valid driver’s license with ≤2 moving violations and no at-fault in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol convictions in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to work the 6am-3pm schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all rental documents accurately and completely.
• Verify car information and VIN number for security and car control.
• Offer Emerald Aisle refueling option to members.
• Maintain the Exit Booth and surrounding area for a neat, orderly image.
• Stock Exit Booth with supplies to meet customer needs.
• Provide undivided attention to customers at the exit booth.
• Greet customers and make eye contact; thank them at closing.
