National Car Rental at Richmond International Airport is hiring an Exit Booth Agent to greet customers, assist Emerald Aisle members, and handle rental documents at the exit booth.

The role emphasizes friendly, efficient service and a seamless rental experience, with a starting pay of $15.00 per hour. Training and development opportunities are provided as part of a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 6 months customer service or sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years (total points ≤ 8).
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all rental documents accurately and completely.
• Verify car information and VIN for security and control.
• Assist Emerald Aisle members with our refueling option.
• Maintain the appearance of the Exit Booth and surrounding areas.
• Ensure Exit Booth is stocked with appropriate supplies.
• Provide all customers with undivided attention while at the exit booth.
• Make eye contact and greet all customers.
• Thank customers at the conclusion of all transactions.
• Assist with directions and local area information; resolve customer service issues as needed.
• Perform other customer service related duties as assigned.
