National Car Rental at Salt Lake International Airport is hiring an Exit Booth Agent. You will greet customers, process rental documents, verify VINs, and offer Emerald Aisle options while maintaining an orderly booth and assisting with directions and local information.

The role requires strong customer service, reliability, and a valid driver's license. Schedule: Thursday–Monday evenings; on-site position in Salt Lake City, UT.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in the United States and not require sponsorship, per company policy.
• Must be located in Salt Lake City or willing to relocate to SLC within 30 days.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all rental documents accurately and completely.
• Verify car information and VIN for security and control.
• Offer Emerald Aisle refueling option to members.
• Maintain a neat Exit Booth and surrounding area.
• Ensure Exit Booth is stocked with supplies and provides friendly service.
• Greet customers, provide directions, and resolve issues promptly.
• Attend to customers with punctuality and reliability.
• Perform miscellaneous duties to meet service levels.
