National Car Rental is hiring at the Cincinnati Airport (CVG) in Hebron, KY for an Exit Booth Agent. You will greet customers, process rental documents, verify vehicle information, and support Emerald Aisle members with refueling options, delivering friendly, efficient service.

The pay starts at $15 per hour plus monthly bonus opportunities, with benefits including PTO, health and retirement plans, and employee car discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service, retail or administrative support experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all rental documents accurately and completely.
• Verify car information and VIN for security and control.
• Assist Emerald Aisle members with refueling option and provide excellent service.
• Keep Exit Booth neat and stocked with supplies.
• Greet customers, make eye contact, and thank customers at the end of transactions.
• Provide directions and local information and resolve customer issues as needed.
